Pilates for Pelvic Health

This is a mat Pilates class featuring pelvic floor principles to help you build strength, stability, and mobility. Whether you're navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or simply want to better connect with your deep core, this session supports pelvic alignment, breath, and mindful movement. All bodies welcome, no experience needed!

  • Em began teaching Pilates in 2015 after growing up in the industry and practicing from the time she was 8 years old. She completed her 500 hour comprehensive teacher training program in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and spent her early career in a corporate gym environment, which allowed her to hone her skills and continue to learn from the experienced teachers around her in her throughout her 20s. Em has completed continuing education courses in Perinatal Care, Trauma-Informed Care and Neuro-movement, as well as for special populations such as those with Scoliosis, MS, EDS and more. In her free time, Em enjoys collecting and selling crystals, creating community around self-empowerment through movement, reading Tarot and practicing Reiki.
